A company located in Shenzhen baoan district and handle in stationery process ,they carve out hardly two years, at most time they maintain the order by internal clients, after joining international exhibit they would receive some orders, therefore management appeared gap. Mainly on following:
1、 Staff salary structure was made by enterprise all the time, along the overtime increasing their ideas of salary also increased..
2、 Staff losing highly, Enterprises recruited continually but couldn’t catch up losing spread.
3、 Daily management couldn’t catch up their requirements.
4、They couldn’t accomplish received orders and affected the enterprise's credibility
