     验货是一种为买方也就是第二方提供品质验证的服务，通过买卖双方之外的第三方检验服务机构，依据相应的产品标准、相应的检验标准或验货协议对产品的品质、数量、包装及唛头标记等进行验证的一种公证服务。Inspection means provide quality certification service for purchaser (second party), which is a notarization service by the third party inspection organization and according with relative products, inspection standard to exam quality, quantity, packing and mark 
■验货方式:Inspection methods
     验货服务方式主要有FPI和DUPRO及TRI三种方式，FPI方式是最终产品检验，验货人员到工厂、仓库、码头、货仓等地按定单或国家标准或国际惯例对已完成、装箱好的批量产品进行现场抽样检查，验证其是否符合定单或相关国家标准的规定或要求，验货认可后按验货协议出具验货报告，在需要时可对所验货物粘贴验货标志。DUPRO方式是在生产过程中的验货，验货人员按协议，在产品完成20％或50％时，到生产厂家进行抽样检验，验证其是否符合订单的要求。TRI方式是验货人员按验货协议对一批产品的全数进行检验。以上提到的抽样方法是按照ANSI.Z.1.4及中国国家抽样标准GB-T2828.01-2003执行。
