一家位于深圳宝安区的文具加工企业,辛苦创业两年,多数时间都是依靠国内的小客户维持订货,在通过国际参展等方式接到一些较稳定订单后,管理的瓶颈随即出现。主要表现在以下几点:

2、 员工的流失率高企,企业不胜其烦地频繁招工但仍然是跟不上员工离职的速度。
Staff losing highly, Enterprises recruited continually but couldn’t catch up losing spread.
